Sneaky Glance Secures Grafton Guineas
Promising Segenhoe three year-old Sneaky Glance captured the $50,000 Grafton Guineas as a short priced favourite at the first day of the Grafton Carnival.
The gelding by Husson has been in red hot form since joining the stable of Gold Coast trainer Toby Edmonds in March and the Segenhoe Thoroughbreds owned three year old has won all four starts in Queensland since then.
Sneaky Glance has just kept improving as the bar has been raised and surged clear to win this 1600 metre feature by three quarters of a length taking his overall record to four wins from seven starts with prizemoney topping $80,000.
A $100,000 Magic Millions National Yearling Sale purchase from the Edinburgh Park draft, Sneaky Glance is a half-brother to Group III placed Feels Like Home and is the third winner from stakes-winning Danehill Dancer (IRE) mare Danehill Smile.
