Brian Clarke

Growing up on a farm in Ireland, Brian started riding horses at the age of 12. This sparked an enthusiasm toward the sport, notably as a show jumper and subsequently decided to further his knowledge in this area (much to his parent despair!) and study Equine Science. Through this course, Brian was able to work at Lanes End Farm in Kentucky for a year and this is where he determined that a career in the thoroughbred industry was where his future lay.

On graduating, Brian moved to Australia and joined Think Big Stud. After 3 years under the tutelage of Duncan Ramage he progressed to Assistant Manager, gaining invaluable experience before moving to Segenhoe Stud.

Brian has been with us for 3 years now and loves working with the great team of horses and people.
