Darren Corbett

Darren grew up in Tipperary Ireland. His family is heavily involved in national hunt racing in Ireland where his 3 uncles train and 9 of his cousins are jockeys.

Darren spent a number of years at the English National Stud before heading to Australia to further his career. Previously he has worked at Yallambee & Vinery Studs before being a foreman for Malua Racing at Troy Corstens stables.

Joining Segenhoe in July 2014, Darren has worked throughout the yearling preparations and Segenhoe Spelling Complex, before taking over the role as yearling manager since mid 2016.

Darren enjoys watching racing and rugby union and spending time with friends.
